The only thing that might make you pause is their pricing as Formworks sits on the premium end of the spectrum.
However, considering the quality of their design output, their pricing is absolutely justified. We were also particularly impressed by their creative yet sustainable approach to architecture.

We didn’t just browse—we also called them up to learn more. The person who handled our query was polite and very straightforward. They didn’t oversell anything and even offered to set up a design consultation if we were seriously considering a custom build.
We appreciated how candid they were about their process and timelines. We also dug deeper into their past projects, and were impressed to find a wide variety: custom homes, urban commercial spaces, and institutional buildings.
Their lead architect appears to be very hands-on, which many former clients highlighted positively. From what we gathered, clients trust their ability to translate design briefs into real-world structures without overcomplicating things.
That said, their studio is closed on weekends, which can be a bit limiting if you’re only available outside working hours. You’ll need to plan ahead if you want to meet them in person.

That said, once we connected with the team via email, their response was prompt and helpful. We asked about their services, project timelines, and pricing tiers, and the breakdown they gave us was professional without being salesy.
