Plus, their team is very personable. We found them all to be polite and easy to work with. They were also very respectful of the house, always checking in with us before making any deviations from the renovation plan.
What we like about working with them is that everything we need is available in-house – they have handymen, plumbers, and electricians. They were even able to accommodate unexpected services as needed because of this.

From our experience, their team hit the trifecta of professionalism, attention to detail, and versatility that we look for in a contractor. From start to end, they are hands-on with us, so we never felt confused or out of the loop. Plans were also clear and executed well.
While we didn’t need round-the-clock services, we were impressed that they were available 24/7 if needed. This meant that they had a fast response time, especially if emergency repairs were needed.
Some previous clients mentioned finding this handy when unexpected leaks and wiring issues came up, even after renovation. They have an excellent after-sales support, from what we see.

J&G Design and Build is another tried and tested renovation contractor in Selangor. They have 15 years of experience under their belt, which is evident in their smooth processes, quick turnaround, and top-notch quality of work that we experienced.
From our initial consultation, we appreciate that they were transparent with costing. They even provided a 3D layout and a blueprint from the get-go, making it easier for us to align on expectations. They’re detail-oriented, so everything is documented well.
That said, we noticed that their pricing is on the high side since they’re a big company. However, given how seamless the renovations are, you definitely get more than what you pay for.
