Another plus point is how their trainers approach programming. They take time to understand your goals and build routines that feel realistic instead of rushed.

However, when we were checking their website, it was dull and outdated. It doesn’t fully reflect the depth of services they offer, which may leave first-time visitors wanting clearer information.

On the bright side, we got really excited learning about their holistic recovery therapy. It’s their way of pairing recovery science with traditional meridian-based techniques to help the body reset and rebalance naturally.

Their head coaches, Roopa Rao and Shereena, are often described as patient and supportive. Their classes are structured yet easy-going, making consistency feel achievable.

Please take note that Coach Roopa Rao is a certified NASM/ACE trainer with more than 10 years of experience, while Coach Shereena leads the Strong Nation workouts.
