That said, even without the extras, their team is generally professional and careful with wrapping, packing, and handling your things, which is reassuring.
On the downside, communication can be a hit or a miss. We noticed that responses tend to slow down during peak moving periods and weekends, so it’s best to plan ahead and book at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance to avoid last-minute stress.
