Everything actually looked clean and well-kept when we checked, and security didn’t feel like an afterthought.
Getting started was surprisingly smooth, too! Our queries were handled quickly, and we liked how the team could estimate storage size just from a quick item list, and that’s something we heard from other tenants who are impressed with the timely response.
In addition, other clients mentioned that Moomtaz Self Storage even accommodates clients beyond regular hours.
One more thing we liked is the affordable pricing. Smaller units start at RM198 monthly, so it’s not a hassle to test things out without overcommitting.
However, parking was quite challenging, especially at peak times. But once you get inside, the staff are very efficient and welcoming.

The space is clean, air-conditioned, and clearly maintained, which immediately gives confidence when storing more sensitive items.
Unit sizes range from around 13 square feet up to larger room-style spaces, making it suitable for everything from personal boxes to bulkier belongings.
If there’s one drawback, they don’t offer smaller locker-style options, so even the smallest unit is a mini room. Nonetheless, many found this practical since it offers more flexibility in how items are arranged.
Moreover, access is handled through biometric entry, which adds a strong sense of security.
The team also came across as responsive and approachable, with consistent mentions of helpful guidance and smooth coordination.

“Needed a place to store my furniture while I performed renovations on my unit. Found this on short notice, and the rates were reasonable. They are quite responsive via email, WhatsApp, and call. I was also given a tour of the facility, as well as recommendations on the sizes of storage I can utilize. The process of registering was quite straightforward, and the refund of my deposit was quick. Shout out to Khadijah, who was very helpful in providing the site tour, selection of storage, explaining the payment process, and form registration. If there is one thing they should improve on is that there should be a shelter area for the lorries when transferring furniture to the storage area.”
