Dreams Dance Studio stands out as Malaysia’s pioneer aerial yoga space. The entire setup focuses on helping women find mental balance while building incredible physical strength.
They offer their exclusive FLYOGA° brand to help you safely master inversions. I actually chatted with a close friend who attends their small group sessions, and she mentioned how safe she felt practising off-ground inversions under their close guidance.
The instructors manage small groups beautifully. They even have gentle, low hammock options that offer a great variety for winding down after a busy day.
Though you have to complete a mandatory twenty consecutive basic classes before attempting intermediate sessions. That strict rule is a bit of a downside if you want to level up quickly.
Customer Reviews:
I absolutely love our classes
I’ve been attending aerial yoga classes with this studio for 3 years now. When I started I was so impressed at how easy the instructors made it to pick up the poses and learn the basics. The studio itself is very calming and spacious. I’ve worked with many instructors but I’ve been with Shinyee the longest and I absolutely love our classes. She’s very patient yet pushes me to do better every week. Looking forward to more years with Dreams Dance 🙂

Fun and satisfying
There’s a reason why I’ve stick with dreams dance studio for more than three years now.
Their class train your body coordination, flexibility and build up strength. It’s great for beginner who wants to intro exercise routine into their lifestyle. (Not to forget fixing posture!)
Everytime you see the graceful pose and flow presented by instructor, you think you can never do that.
But through guidance and practice, you’ll be impress how strong your body can be. And that’s why the classes can be so fun and satisfying throughout the years.

The inviting community atmosphere here is a highlight. Beginners can jump right into the rhythm. The fully mirrored rooms keep you focused while you practise your steps alongside some very encouraging teachers.
They even host regular social dance nights on Fridays, which are brilliant for testing your moves and meeting other passionate dancers.
However, just keep in mind that their curriculum focuses entirely on Latin and Afro-Caribbean styles, so you have to look elsewhere for more modern dance.

They never fail to make each class a fun
One of the best decision I have made was to join dance blaze academy ❤️. It’s a great place to learn Cuban Salsa, bachata, kizomba, ladies styling and many more genres. This specialized Latin dance hub focuses heavily on achieving exceptional standards by providing state-of-the-art floors and fully certified instructors.
The setup is designed to nurture your artistic development through precise, technical guidance.
I spent an afternoon observing one of their adult social dance classes last month, and the level of individual attention each student received from the certified teachers was genuinely impressive.
They offer excellent programmes ranging from solo routines to couple setups, making it highly versatile for ballroom fans.
On the downside, their style selection is strictly focused on traditional ballroom disciplines, meaning you won’t find modern hip-hop or urban street styles available on their current schedule.
Customer Reviews:
Highly recommended
The teachers are very patient and teach everyone without discrimination.
My child previously learned incorrect dance steps at a certain academy.
Here, after nearly two months of correction, he’s back to the correct steps.
Seeing my child’s gradual progress makes him very happy to go to class.
Highly recommended!

They offer incredibly helpful trial packs for specialized classes like heels and belly dancing, which makes starting out feel very low-pressure.
A minor drawback is that their drop-in and trial slots for popular styles like K-pop only happen in the evenings after 6:45, making it less ideal for daytime learners.
