MC Roofing Specialist is a relatively new roofing business, having been established in 2016. Despite this, it has built solid street cred due to the team’s dedication to providing good service.
We hired them to install a new roof at our parents’ rest house, and we were impressed by the team’s constant updates, quick turnaround, and flexibility in response to feedback.
From the first discovery call, they were receptive to our expectations and provided knowledgeable insights on the roof services we needed. We like that they were straightforward and transparent with us; we didn’t need to micromanage the project.

Roofseal Resources is one of the oldest companies on this list, having over 35 years of experience in the roofing industry. They have built a solid reputation as a company due to their consistently excellent services and intentional customer care.
They began with metal roofing subcontracting but have since evolved into a trusted supplier and manufacturer of sheet metal roofing systems and metal frames. They have a wide range of products to choose from.
One of their specializations is excellent insulation for roofs, which is perfect for the Malaysian weather. One of our colleagues had their roof replaced a few months ago and ordered from Roofseal.
She mentioned that the materials are of high quality and that the staff is easy to consult for advice on roofing needs. After inspecting her roof ourselves, we see that the material is well-designed and that the result looks good.
One thing to note is that installation is not its strong suit. They’re more well-known as a manufacturer. If you’re looking for end-to-end services, this might not be the best supplier for you.
