Visiting Milieu Solar was a fun experience, and their organisation and well-structured consultation process are very commendable. From the moment we stepped into their office, we were efficiently led to their entire EPCC flow—engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
With the use of clear visuals and example projects, we can definitely say that we learned a lot that day. Whether you’re a homeowner or managing a commercial space, their approach feels customisable.
The staff didn’t rush to understand our questions and even showed me how the solar monitoring system works post-installation, which gave us a clear picture of what to expect long-term.
However, it’s worth noting that their office is closed on weekends. That can be a bit limiting, especially for people who work weekdays and only have time to drop by or make serious inquiries on Saturdays.
Still, Milieu Solar came across as a knowledgeable and client-focused team with a strong reputation for after-sales service. Their technical staff appeared well-versed in installation practices, and their TNB process handling seems smooth, based on the documents and timelines they presented.
