Eco Floor is not a large flooring company, but it has been on our radar due to its good track record and excellent reviews. After trying out their services, we saw that it wasn’t empty hype.
Every part of the process – from consultation to installation – was hassle-free. A quick tour of their showroom showed us high-quality flooring products. For us, their forte is engineered wood. The workmanship is simply exquisite, although it can get quite expensive.
That said, we all know flooring is a huge investment, so it gave us peace of mind that they have a standard 12-month warranty on all hardwood products and a 10-year warranty on engineered hardwood products.
While we didn’t have any issues with our floors, previous clients have praised Eco Floor for their efficient after-sales services. Based on their experience, it was easy to request help when issues came up after installation. These details show care and intention, which we like.
Looking at the smaller details, we wish they had a more lenient replacement and refund policy. You’ll have 48 hours upon delivery to check the products for damage, which isn’t a lot of time for huge orders.

Get A Floor has been a trusted flooring business for over 20 years, known for its excellent interior laminated flooring and decking services. So we decided to check them out.
The first thing we noticed is its impressive warehouse, which features a wide range of products. Based on experience, they’re best suited for large-scale projects that require bulk orders because they have the capacity and infrastructure to support them.
This translates to faster turnaround times and more affordable pricing. This is consistent with the feedback we got from their previous retail property clients, who laud their efficiency and proven expertise in flooring sourcing and installation.
We also appreciate the premium care they offer their customers, as seen in their 24/7 customer service line and free on-site measurements. For us, this makes for quicker decision-making, more accurate orders, and a better customer experience overall.

If you need SPC vinyl flooring specifically, Decor Houz Interior is another great option.
We love that all of their products are manufactured locally, designed with Malaysia’s tropical weather in mind. From what we’ve seen, their products are of high quality and easy to maintain.
They may not carry various flooring material options, but they have four series for the SPC flooring with different colors and looks to choose from. We noticed that they even have vibrant and playful patterns, as seen in the Terazzo series.
Decor Houz Interior has a small team, but despite this, we never found their customer service lacking. The staff is friendly, responsive, and very helpful. The service is even personalized and warm.
They’re patient in answering our questions and shared knowledgeable recommendations on the best flooring type for our needs. As for the installation, everything was quick and easy. The installers were competent, punctual, neat, and respectful of the house.
Perfectionism and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations
Best decision I’ve made when renovating my house! The color of the floor was everything I hoped for in a Muji themed house (trust me, it wasn’t easy to find a vendor who had the right colors given i went through 6 vendors in Klang Valley) and the 6mm SPC definitely feels like a premium product albeit the price I would say is a steal!
All credit due to Puan Aqilah for being so attentive and ensuring the site was defect-free before installation and her team of installers led by Mr Lim whose perfectionism and attention to detail far exceeded my expectations.
And to top it all of, they even came back to touch up my wall skirting when I had to install additional furniture, which they really didn’t have to.
If you’re still following my lengthy post and you’re in the market for SPC floors, a fuss-free experience & you want quality product and workmanship, Decor Houz has my recommendation.
