Upon visiting Dr Audrey Lee, we were able to see her deep understanding of injury prevention, as she often provided tips we could bring home long after the sessions.
It’s also interesting to note that she was also a dancer and lent her knowledge of how flexibility and muscle strength can improve posture and overall body wellness.
One of the things that impressed us during the first session was the same-day treatment. During the first visit, they’ll prepare their patients with X-ray screenings, consultations, and examinations before proceeding with the first treatment shortly afterwards.
We also interviewed previous patients, who highlighted their treatments’ effectiveness and noted how their pain went away after their sessions.
Another noteworthy aspect of this clinic is that it offers pregnancy chiropractic and physiotherapy, which were deemed effective for pain relief by many patients we surveyed.

Yes Chiropractic Center immediately caught our attention because of its unconventional look—and we mean that in the best possible way. Instead of the usual clinic interior, it offers patients a modern Scandinavian look, which feels more welcoming.
When we spoke with the patients here, we constantly heard how good Dr Chris was. One particular thing they noted was his meticulousness in diagnosing patients before suggesting the right treatments.
They also praised his gentle approach to chiropractic adjustments, with some noting that they didn’t feel any pain at all. Other patients also stated how the initial pain that was bothering them subsided after only a couple of sessions with the doctor.
Another thing we appreciate is the free consultations through the clinic’s official WhatsApp number. After checking out this feature, we were pleased with the responsiveness and friendliness of the customer service.
Our only gripe? It has a slightly inconvenient location and business hours. It’s a short drive from Ipoh’s centre, and the clinic hours are halved on Tuesdays, and they’re closed on Mondays.

Dr Alex is one of the talented chiropractic doctors at Alive Chiropractic in Kuala Lumpur, and he was brought up by several people when we asked for recommendations. We dropped by one day to check him out and get a feel for his approach.
One thing they all agreed upon was his experience, noting how precise each of his adjustments was. It also makes sense, as gentleness and accuracy allow him to practice pediatric chiropractic care.
It’s worth noting that Dr Alex follows the Gonstead system, so you’ll know that they aren’t simply cracking your bones. The session starts with an in-depth consultation and analysis before proceeding to adjust the patient’s natural spine alignment.
The only downside is the lack of X-ray facilities in the clinic, which the DCs always require before proceeding with the adjustment. Unfortunately, the closest panel hospital is Sunway Medical Centre, about a 20-minute drive.

Our favourite trait about Dr Lee is his deep understanding of Gonstead chiropractic methods because he experienced them after an injury. With his expertise, he always gives his patients tips that can help prevent injuries and prolong body wellness.
During our surveys, previous patients also told us that Dr Lee takes as much time as he needs to assess their conditions properly. They also highlighted how patient he is at answering their questions and how he can provide knowledge in bite-sized pieces.
We were just iffy to find some reports about the staff’s poor communication, which has led to delays in patients’ adjustment sessions.
